| The Promoters are in the business of real estate since 1998 mainly dealing in purchase and sale of lands and developments. From the year 2003 they extended their activities in construction of residential buildings basically to the needs of middle / lower income segment. The promoters developing to construction activities in areass like S.M .Palayam, Gounder Mills,Kalapatti, Othakalamandapam and Kenathukadavu saw the completion of 200/300 houses by the end of 2006. Lured by the support, the promoters ventured into the construction of residential flats in new Siddhapuddur with 32 flats.
